Gardener + Landscape Labourer

The Role:

• Hands on Garden Maintenance & Manual Labour
• Basic gardening tasks, Mower, Whipper Snippering, Mulching, Pole Saw, Trimming & Edging.
• Weed maintenance and spraying
• Operating Ride on Mowers to maintain fields, parks and verges
• Operating machinery to perform tree planting and tree care
• Taking care of Gardens in public open spaces, reserves and streetscapes
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Achieve high quality outcomes whilst meeting WHS industry obligations

Criteria:

• White card
• Experience in the use of Ride on Mowers (TORO) (desirable)
• Pest Management Technician Licence (desirable)
• Chainsaw licence (desirable)
• Minimum 6 month’s experience within a landscaping role
• Horticultural and Arboriculture industry experience (required)
• Able to work in accordance with WHS industry obligations
• Valid driver’s licence (Required, MR preferred)
• Current National Police Clearance (Required - Less than 3 months old)
• Physically fit & Able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
